About us

We love data, people, email - and connecting them all together.

Seventh Sense was founded in 2014 to fix a problem that everyone in marketing has - and nobody had a real answer for. Twelve years later, we still wake up obsessed with the same question: how do we get the right email to the right person at the right moment?

Why we built Seventh Sense.

Email is the highest-ROI channel in marketing. It's also the most abused. Marketing teams send too much, to too many, at the wrong times, and watch their open rates, deliverability, and customer relationships erode together.

The standard answer was "send more, A/B test more, hope for the best." We thought there was a better one: let AI watch what's actually happening per person, per inbox provider, per send - and quietly fix it.

That's the bet we made in 2014. Twelve years and hundreds of billions of engagement signals later, the AI is mature, the integrations are deep, and the results are durable: customers grow engaged audiences 44% in year one while sending 61% less email. We're proud of that math.

We're a small, independent team based in the US, working closely with marketing operators at every size from scrappy 5-person teams to Fortune 500 marketing organizations. We're not chasing acquisition exits or expanding into ten platforms. We're going deep on the two that matter to our customers - HubSpot and Marketo - and we plan to keep doing that for a long time.
